This is a small site run by one person. Here is plainly what happens to your information when you use it.

What I collect

Your email address, and only if you type it into the signup form yourself. That is the whole list. There is no account to make, no profile, and nothing you have to hand over to read anything here.

Who handles it

Email for this site runs on MailerLite. When you sign up, your address is stored with them and they send the emails on my behalf. Nobody else touches the list.

What the list is used for

The pre-surgery home setup checklist when you first sign up, and after that a note from me roughly twice a month. That is it. I do not use your address for anything else, and I do not use it to find you anywhere else.

Selling and sharing

I do not sell email addresses. I do not rent, trade, or share the list with anyone. It is not a revenue stream here and it will not become one.

How to unsubscribe

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click takes you off the list, effective immediately. You do not need to reply, explain, or ask. If the link ever fails you, email me and I will take you off by hand.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages get read. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and does not build a profile of you. I cannot tell who you are from it, and I would not want to.
